I'm usually in and out at any location but the kiosk at LoveJoy Kroger takes less than 60 seconds!
Very unprofessional! They close the doors on you like 30 minutes early. I also went the following week and I went with my mother. When I walked in k realized I forgot a paper that I needed so I told my mother to give me one second. I left for 1 minute and a lady sitting in one of the bigger windows on the right was SO SO rude!! She yelled at my mother asking her what she wanted and to hurry up because they were about to close. The other ladies were nice but this lady was out of her mind thinking she could be rude like that. If you go somewhere you have to feel welcome not be rude to those trying to get a service.
This is the worst place I have ever been. The people that work in here are rude. Every last one. Looks at you like your are less than they are. I had come to this location to renew my tags. I spoke to an older woman named Karen and she told me that since my license was from a different county, I would need to go to the county in which my license is listed. I asked if I could renew my tags online. Karen told me yes and to bring my confirmation number. The next day (today) I returned and was told by the Vietnamese employee that she had never heard anything like that. She then points to Karen and says. " you you remember this lady from yesterday" "you told her blah blah" Karen then says no I ain't tell you that. I mean to be honest of it was a misunderstanding, that's fine. But they way your employees treated me was rude and unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for over 6 years. Your entire team needs training or needs to be replaced. I will never come to this location ever again.

Update your office hours. I am sure three cars came to this office dissapointed looking at the site saying you are opened on saturday.
