They have nice vehicles although I didn't purchase one. We're not as customer friendly.
Wish I could have given no star at all. Management treated my daughter horrible. Marta is smarter. Uber is better.
Horrible customer service.. if u owe on the 16th, you have til the 20th to pay the bill or they shut your car off, they won't work with u, Don't go this place or buy a car from them.. rude customer service from top to bottom. You've been warned!!

US Auto Sales Forest Park..... My daughter's first experience financing a car... high downpayment which was to be expected considering she's trying to build her credit... THREE MONTHS IN AND TRANSMISSION IS SHOT!!!! Only to be told that they can do nothing for her... Chrysler dealership confirmed that this issue had been present for a while.... so I'm assuming it was just masked to make the sale.... Very disappointed... US Autos get a lot of support and sales from our communities and should be more trustworthy with the products they sale!!!!!!
