The staff at Mission Financial, especially Elizabeth, were very helpful when financing our first truck. She was always pleasant and nice over the phone and in person. As a whole they were very straightforward but detailed, and were always willing to answer necessary questions. Definitely a viable option for first time buyers!
I'm always sharp on payments,no late paymnts etc.but I wish I could give -500 stars....horrible phone service,no education at all,getto level of manners.first time doing a loan and if I could go back in time I would NEVER EVER EEVER do business with this thieves...yes,they are THIEVES taking advantage of young financial experienced people,stay as far as you can from this THIEVES or suffer...people posting good reviews are liying...this place needs to be inveatigated,these people are scammers

Wish I could give zero stars! This place bad mouth me to the new company I had buy out my loan. Very unprofessional! California location is a lot better, but dealing with this atlanta location don't do it!!!! They over charged me on the pay out . I'm not going to say they are crooks because it's up to you to sign the contract what I will say is this place makes a lot of money off of ppl with questionable credit and pay history they get you locked in and you will notice toward the end of your loan they will not want to work with you at all. Please run hard and save money for your repairs! There is also a fee that shows on your contract, this fee is charged twice, but it will only show up once you will have to do the math to find it. In short, don't do business with this place you have been warned, and that black lady Johnson will talk to you like trash. Also that lady Banks doesn't care what happens to you after she closes the loan. I am going to close with this fellow drivers run hard and save your money learn to do some work your self and keep your credit good so you can deal with a bank if you need to, with real professional people! Glad I got away from this mission place! Be blessed and drive safe.
