Very friendly staff.
I made a purchase at the Tara Blvd Location and was told my payments were 85.00 due between the dates of 13th-23rd. i received a phone call stating my bill was due, It wasn't even close to my due date and they charged me a late fee. They told me my account was registered in Conyers and they have a due date of the 5th and i will receive a $25.00 dollar late fee. The company had no sympathy and i signed a contract based on what their employee told me and got wrong and they could careless and i spent over $1500.00 in that store NEVER AGAIN will that company get my money.
Lee is simply amazing!!!!!!! She makes the furniture buying experience convenient, efficient, and enjoyable!!!! I will definitely do business with her again!!!!!
This store is absolutely terrible. I don't know how they stay in business. They sent me furniture with missing parts and there only remedy was to wait 2/3 weeks or indefinitely for the parts to arrive. And the incompetent store manager Glen had the nerve to try and pin it on the delivery service that THEY contract with, by stating that the missing part is between me and the delivery service. The box that they (Badcock) loaded had been previously opened and re-taped, but Badcock didn't have enough sense to ensure all the parts were included. We paid for a warrenty but could not even get anyone to come service a problem due to their error. We paid for shipping and assembly and ended up having to go to Lowes get the parts and assemble it ourselves a 300 or more lb bed and I'm 4'11 100 pounds. I escalated the call to corporate and the customer service, while friendly had very little to remedy the problem. That is unacceptable. So if your looking for quality furniture and service, don't even waste your time with this location.
